Will you pass my details on to anyone else?

Your details will only be shared with other companies of the same group, as the case may be, or other third parties on which some kind of legal obligation for their assignment rests.

Am I able to exchange my goods after delivery

For online sales, you can exchange your goods within a 14 day period providing the item/s are in pristine condition, in the original packaging and have not been slept on or washed. If you need to do this, please contact our customer services via email thebedshopjavea@gmail.com or call 965 641 201. A collection fee will be charged to process the return. What do I do if my goods don’t fit into my home?

It is important to measure your space and access correctly. You can contact us for the exact sizes of the packages that make up our order. If you still wish to return the items, please see our exchange of goods after delivery above.

My bed has some parts missing. How do I obtain these?

All our products are checked before being dispatched but if you do find something missing, please contact our customer services via email thebedshopjavea@gmail,com or call 965 641 201 during office hours and we will contact the manufacturer for a new piece.

My Guarantee?

If you are having a problem with an item you bought from us, Please contact our customer services on via email thebedshopjavea@gmail.com or call 965 641 201 during office hours and discuss the problem with them. If you are within our local area, we will send someone out to inspect/repair the problem. If not then we will require photos and a description of the problem and will take it from there.

What do I do if my goods arrive damaged?

Please contact our customer services via email thebedshopjavea@gmail,com or calling 965 641 201 during office hours to notify us of the problem. We will then send you a replacement and pick up the damaged product.

Who will carry out the delivery?

Our local area for our in-house deliveries is from Gandia to Alicante and with this service we will also assemble your bed and take away the old one if required. For other areas please contact us for more information however this service does not include assembly and removal of an old bed and delivery may only be to your front door.

Do you sell special size beds ?

Yes we do and would be happy to discuss your requirements. Please keep in mind that off sizes and bespoke pieces require more time from order and are non-returnable.

Will you assemble my bed?

We have an in-house delivery service which covers areas from Gandia to Alicante and if your are in this area we will also assemble your bed and take away the old one if required. For other areas please contact us for more information however unfortunately we can not include assembly and removal of an old bed and delivery may only be to your front door.

Are your items covered by a guarantee?

How can I change or cancel part of my order?

Please contact our customer services on via email thebedshopjavea@gmail.com or calling 965 641 201 during office hours and they will adjust your order as long as it hasn’t been dispatched.

When can I expect my order?

Most of our products are delivered within 3 to 5 working days from order confirmation (Subject to availability)

How will I receive my goods?

We will send you an email on the day of dispatch, your goods will be delivered on a weekday (excludes weekends and Bank holidays). Goods should arrive between 8am and 7pm, please ensure that you are available to take the delivery and sign for the goods (Please note that outside our local area we can only deliver beds to ground floor). If you are not in, the courier will leave you a card with their contact details so you can arrange a suitable delivery date.
