All our products are checked before being dispatched but if you do find something missing, please contact our customer services via email thebedshopjavea@gmail,com or call 965 641 201 during office hours and we will contact the manufacturer for a new piece.
If you are having a problem with an item you bought from us, Please contact our customer services on via email email@example.com or call 965 641 201 during office hours and discuss the problem with them. If you are within our local area, we will send someone out to inspect/repair the problem. If not then we will require photos and a description of the problem and will take it from there.

Our local area for our in-house deliveries is from Gandia to Alicante and with this service we will also assemble your bed and take away the old one if required. For other areas please contact us for more information however this service does not include assembly and removal of an old bed and delivery may only be to your front door.
Yes we do and would be happy to discuss your requirements. Please keep in mind that off sizes and bespoke pieces require more time from order and are non-returnable.

When you place your order you will be given the option to collect from our shop

Most of our products are delivered within 3 to 5 working days from order confirmation (Subject to availability)
We will send you an email on the day of dispatch, your goods will be delivered on a weekday (excludes weekends and Bank holidays). Goods should arrive between 8am and 7pm, please ensure that you are available to take the delivery and sign for the goods (Please note that outside our local area we can only deliver beds to ground floor). If you are not in, the courier will leave you a card with their contact details so you can arrange a suitable delivery date.
